Who We Are
Cross impact is an outreach to students on secular campuses.
We desire to enable and equip Bible-centered churches to carry
out the Great Commission on one of the most strategic mission
fields on earth, the secular campus.
A Little History
Cross Impact Campus began in 1986 under a different name, Spurgeon Foundation Campus Ministries. The heartbeat of the ministry is the local church – connecting the college student to a loving, spiritual family that will shepherd him or her into a walk with the Lord throughout life. So, Cross Impact is not primarily a mission board seeking support for missionaries to the campus, but a ministry of the local church encouraging other churches to reach out to the campus in their Jerusalem.
Cross Impact's founder is Pastor Will Senn. He was saved and first discipled on a secular campus. He started Cross Impact's first chapter at Clemson University and pastored University Baptist. He authored the book: "Taking the Cross of Christ to the Campus: A Manual for Church-Based Campus Ministry." Pastor Will Senn is the senior pastor at Tri-City Baptist Church in Westminster, CO and currently serves as the President of Cross Impact's board.
